I forget what this ‘73 99 EMS was going for last year, but good lord for 8 grand I would hoon the pants off this thing. Might not be the fastest thing ever, but an early EMS I would rather drive around in than a square taillight 2002. Saabs get a pass for FWD. Anyhow, just LOOK AT IT. Anybody wants to be 505’s hero of the day

That’s really, really nice. It’s also alot of money. Not inappropriate, just more than I’d spend on a Saab.

within contemporaries I think it is a fair price. But like all Saabs, you gotta really love them to spend the dough

It’s... so... clean! The want is strong.

Yeah, it’s definitely a fair price. I’d maybe pay that if it were an 80s model with rear louvers and a turbo, though.

I covet the ‘73 EMS. It was a special car, but this one takes it to the logical limit. I’d rather mine in the factory burnt orange. This one has the wrong trim on it anyhow - looks more like a ‘75+ model.

I like to think that Saab 99s are kinda like Fulvias. They’re front wheel drive, but in most cases it’s 100x cooler than most RWD cars.
